Daredevil throws an arm up in front of his face as the Hulk plows through the firey mass of rubble. The rush of cooler air is enough for him to follow the way out as he limps slightly out of the inferno.
Tindelli had been looking sadly at the burning building, thinking that was the end of Daredevil. When a roar and green shape burst right out of the flames and straight at them. The police jumped back as the Hulk plowed into the police car. Its siren squealed in protest before dying away completely. The Captain looked aghast at his once shiny car now a metal pancake.
Daredevil was slightly injured but still standing. That was a win in his book. He tossed his baton on a line at the Hulk to get his attention and snapping it back to his hand. "Com'n big guy, we're out of here." If nothing else, he could get the Hulk annoyed enough to follow him away from the police and their trigger happy fingers.
